In 2017, Carson City’s Muscle Powered was named a finalist for the Points of Light Award.
Muscle Powered was among 19 finalists from across the state for the 2017 Governor’s Points of Light Awards, the highest honor bestowed on volunteers, volunteer managers and volunteer organizations in Nevada.
The team was honored in Las Vegas, where the winners for each category were announced.
